What is Rep Red?

- It's a workout program by Kyle Boggeman (kboges). See this video for details.

- Rep Red can be used to increase your push ups and pull ups rep count in a single set.

- Rep Red stands for Repetition Redistribution. Throughout the workout block, you do the same number of total reps in a single workout. But the reps are redistributed, so you go from many low-rep sets to few high-rep sets over the course of the training block.

- It's ideal if you have bigger non-negotiable priorities in your life, and don't want fitness to take over your focus or drain your energy. Rep Red makes you stronger, but it's so gradual that you won't get burned doing it.
